Linda Golinghorst is Information Solutions Director for Global Rolled Products (GRP) and is based in Davenport, IA. She is responsible for leading IS strategy and operations across rolling plants and sales offices in North America, South America, Europe, Russia and Asia. Linda joined Alcoa in 1989 as a systems analyst responsible for developing and deploying planning and scheduling solutions for the Davenport Works ingot casting and hot rolling complex. Since then she has held several IS roles responsible for development and deployment of commercial, supply chain, ERP, and manufacturing systems for the rolled products business unit as well as associated infrastructure refreshes and upgrades across the Business Unit. In recent years, she lead the definition of business and manufacturing IS solutions standards and roadmap, serving as IS Leader for the GRP Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) in partnership with the GRP Automation CoE Leader. Linda is currently leading the execution of strategic business and manufacturing projects to drive operational excellence within the GRP commercial and manufacturing functions. Linda has completed her B.A. in Computer Science from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, and Women’s Unlimited, Inc. LEAD program in Chicago, IL. Linda has also held multiple leadership roles within the Alcoa Women’s Network at Davenport, IA.
